Abstract
Wuling Powder is a famous classical formula for treating water disorders.Physicians of successive generations hold that the pathogenesis of the Wuling Powder syndrome in Article 71 of Treatise on Cold Damage lies in unfavorable bladder gasification,and the therapeutic principle is to unblock yang,transform qi and pro-mote diuresis.From the perspective of fluid impairment,this paper explores the clincal manifestations,admini-stration method,dosage of Wuling Powder and the conditions for disease recovery.Combined with the clinical application of Wuling Powder recorded in Article 156 and 386,as well as modern microscopic molecular research on aquaporins,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of the Wuling Powder syndrome in this clause is failure of the stomach to distribute body fluids and general body fluid consumption.The corresponding treatment should in-vigorate the spleen and stomach,activate qi movement to drain water,and urgently replenish body fluids.关键词
