基于虚气留滞辨治高尿酸血症
Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia Based on the Theory of Stagnation Caused by Qi Deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Stagnation caused by qi deficiency refers to a pathological process marked by deficiency of genuine qi and disharmony of qi and blood.Impeded circulation of qi,blood and body fluids triggers qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis that block meridians and collaterals.According to the theory of stagnation caused by qi deficiency,hyperuricemia takes spleen-kidney deficiency as its root,and damp-turbidity,phlegm and blood stasis as secondary manifestations.The therapeutic principle is to tonify deficiency and dredge stagnation via staged treatment:in the latent phase,invigorate the spleen and tonify the kidney to drain dampness and re-solve turbidity;in the progressive phase,resolve phlegm,dispel blood stasis,unblock meridians and collaterals and dredge out turbidity;in the stable phase,tonify primordial qi to resolve turbidity and revitalize yang qi.关键词
