白内障术后并发囊袋收缩综合征危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors for capsular contraction syndrome after cataract surgery

Abstract
Aim:To explore the risk factors for capsular contraction syndrome(CCS)after phacoemulsification(Phaco)combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in cataract patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was per-formed based on the clinical data of 178 patients(178 eyes)who underwent Phaco combined with IOL implantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to July 2025.The patients were divided into CCS group(23 cases)and non-CCS group(155 cases)according to the occurrence of CCS within 6 months after surgery.Logistic re-gression analysis was used to screen the influence factors.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.210,95%CI was 1.099 to 1.332),preoperative grade Ⅳ/Ⅴ lens nucleus(OR=3.570,95%CI was 1.015 to 12.562),and hydrophilic IOL(OR=6.911,95%CI was 1.925 to 24.811)were the risk factors for postoperative CCS.Conclusion:Age,preoperative grade Ⅳ/Ⅴ lens nucleus,and implantation of hydrophilic IOL may be high-risk factors for CCS after Phaco combined with IOL implantation.关键词
