五苓散治疗神经源性膀胱疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Five Substances Powder with Poria in the Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Five Substances Powder with Poria in the treatment of neurogenic bladder.Meth-ods:A total of 50 patients with neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group using the random number table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received standardized bladder rehabilitation therapy,while the ex-perimental group received Modified Five Substances Powder with Poria in addition to the standard treatment.Clinical efficacy,and chan-ges in TCM syndrome scores,quality of life scores,neurogenic bladder symptom scores,and urodynamic parameters[maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),maximum detrusor pressure(Pdet-max),and residual urine volume(RUV)]before and after treatment were com-pared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment;moreover,the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.00％,much higher than 72.00％of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).QoL scores including physical function,psychological function,social function and material well-being were markedly increased in both groups after treatment,and the experimental group obtained higher scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The neurogenic bladder scale scores of the two groups declined after treatment,with a more prominent reduction in the experimental group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,Qmax and Pdet-max values were increased,while RUV was decreased in both groups compared with baseline.There were statistically significant differ-ences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five Substances Powder with Poria demonstrates notable thera-peutic efficacy in the treating neurogenic bladder,which can effectively improve clinical outcomes,enhance patients' QoL,and optimize urodynamic parameters.关键词
