虚拟现实场景化术前预演对肝癌切除术患者应激反应及术后恢复质量的影响
Influence of preoperative rehearsal based on virtual reality scene on stress response and postoperative recovery quality in patients undergoing hepatectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of preoperative rehearsal based on virtual reality(VR)scene on patients undergoing hepatectomy.Methods:A total of 86 liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected.All patients underwent liver cancer resection.They were randomly divided into two groups by the random number grouping method.43 patients in the control group received conventional preopera-tive visits,while 43 patients in the observation group received VR scene-based preoperative rehearsal.The stress re-sponse,negative emotions,surgical compliance,postoperative recovery and visit satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the observation group had lower heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)than the control group(t=-2.512,-3.661,-4.485;P＜0.05).The scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)in the observation group were lower compared to the control group(t=-8.332,-6.608;P＜0.05).The"complete compliance"rate in the ob-servation group with 55.81％was higher than 37.21％in the control group(Z=2.156,P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group with 2.33％was lower than 13.95％in the control group(x2=3.888,P＜0.05).The scores of interview content,interview form and interview detail in the observation group were higher in comparison with the control group(t=8.551,9.117,9.891;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative rehearsal based on VR scenarios combined has a significant effect in preoperative intervention for liver cancer patients.It can alleviate pa-tients' stress response and negative emotions,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of postoperative recovery,and enhance patients' surgical compliance and satisfaction.关键词
