情志学说视域下不寐病机及养生调摄研究
Research on the Pathogenesis of Insomnia and Health Preservation and Regulation from the Perspective of the Emotion Theory
摘要
Abstract
Insomnia,as a common disease,has a great impact on human physical and mental health.Although its incidence is mainly responsible for the heart,it is closely related to the seven emotions and five minds of the liver,spleen,lung,kidney and gallbladder.It reveals that the seven emotions(joy,anger,sorrow,thought,sadness,fear,and shock)affect the qi movement of the viscera,the balance of yin and yang,and the operation of qi and blood,eventually leading to the disorder of defensive qi circulation and yang failing to enter yin.At the same time,under the guidance of the theory of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine,a more systematic and comprehensive health preservation adjustment scheme is proposed,which not only has important theoretical value for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of insomnia,but also provides important guidance and reference for improving the prevention and treatment of insomnia and health preservation adjustment scheme.关键词
