WANG Hao's Clinical Experience in Treating Lung Cancer Based on Sanjiao Syndrome Differentiation

Abstract
The theory of Sanjiao Syndrome Differentiation originated from Wenbing Tiaobian,written by WU Jutong in the Qing Dynasty,and is closely associated with the occurrence and development of lung cancer.In lung cancer patients,the upper,middle,and lower Sanjiao often exhibit varying degrees of abnormalities,manifested as distinctive symptoms and signs in clinical practice.Accordingly,treatment and medication differ based on the pathological changes in different Sanjiao regions.WANG Hao integrates the theory of Sanjiao Syndrome Differentiation with the eight-principle syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess,establishing two fundamental treatment principles:eliminating pathogens to regulate the Sanjiao,and reinforcing healthy qi to harmonize the Sanjiao.While eliminating pathogens,he also attends to reinforcing healthy qi.In terms of specific medication,WANG Hao is adept at using herb pairs and Ramulus Cinnamomi(Cassia Twig)to regulate the Sanjiao.This article introduces WANG Hao's clinical experience of treating lung cancer based on the theory of Sanjiao Syndrome Differentiation,illustrated with a representative case study.关键词
