促甲状腺激素受体抗体在甲状腺相关眼病中表达水平及其临床意义的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the expression level and clinical significance of thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the expression level and clinical significance of thyroid-stimula-ting hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO).Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science Core Collection,Scopus,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Da-tabase,VIP database and other Chinese and English databases were systematically searched.Studies compa-ring serum TRAb levels between TAO patients and controls published from the database establishment to January 2025 were collected,and the serum TRAb expression levels and related clinical data of the TAO group and control group were extracted.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 and R 4.4 software.The effect size was pooled by random effect model,the heterogeneity was analyzed,and the publication bias was e-valuated.Results A total of 13 studies were included,with a total sample size of 2 035 cases,including 1 290 cases in the TAO group and 745 cases in the control group.Heterogeneity test showed that there was signifi-cant heterogeneity among studies(I2=96.4%,Q=334.47,P<0.001).Meta-analysis showed that the ex-pression level of TRAb in TAO group was significantly higher than that in control group[standard mean difference(SMD)=1.85,95%CI:0.90-2.79,Z=3.82,P<0.001].Subgroup analysis showed that studies from different countries or regions were not heterogeneous(Q=4.13,P=0.13),studies with different detec-tion methods were heterogeneous(Q=6.26,P=0.04),and studies with different TAO subtypes were hetero-geneous(Q=8.16,P=0.004).The funnel plot and Egger test showed that there was no publication bias.Conclusion The expression level of TRAb is significantly increased in TAO patients,and it can be used as an important serum marker for the diagnosis of TAO.关键词
