芒针透刺联合体针治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的疗效及对其血清BDNF、VEGF、bFGF水平和运动功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of elongated needle penetration acupuncture combined with body acupuncture therapy in treating patients with post-stroke hemiplegia and its effects on serum brain-de-rived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)levels and motor function.Methods A total of 96 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who visited Suzhou Mingji Hospital from May 2021 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The pa-tients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given corresponding supportive treatment and rehabilitation training.The control group received conventional body acupuncture treatment,while the observation group received e-longated needle penetration acupuncture treatment in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes in muscle strength,motor function[Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA)scores],balance function[Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores],neurological function indicators(BDNF,VEGF,bFGF)and daily living ability[Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores]before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the Lovett classification in both groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the im-provement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FMA in the upper and lower limbs,BBS,MBI in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of FMA in the upper and lower limbs,BBS,MBI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BDNF,VEGF and bFGF levels of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the serum BDNF,VEGF and bFGF levels of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elongated needle penetration acupuncture combined with body acupuncture acupoint ther-apy has a significant effect on post-stroke hemiplegia,can improve muscle strength,improve motor function and balance ability,promote the improvement of serum neurological function indicators levels,and thereby fa-cilitate neural function repair and enhance daily living ability.关键词
