桂枝汤联合复方甘草酸苷治疗风寒束表证慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响
Effect of Guizhi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin on chronic urticaria with wind-cold bundle syndrome and its influence on immune function

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Guizhi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria with wind-cold bundle syndrome and its effect on immune function.Methods A total of 144 patients with chronic urticaria treated in Xi'an Daxing Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into acid glycoside group,Guizhi decoction group and combination group according to the random number table method.The acid glycoside group took compound glycyrrhizin tablets,the Guizhi decoction group took Guizhi decoction,and the combination group took compound glycyrrhizin and Guizhi decoction at the same time.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score,symptoms,signs and 7 d urticaria activity score(UAS7),urti-caria quality of life(CU-Q2oL)score,interleukin(IL)-4,IL-10,IL-17,IL-23,IL-35,immunoglobulin E(IgE)and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment in the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the acid glycoside group and Guizhi decoction group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pink or pale wind blob color,aggravation of wind and cold,a-version to wind and chills,no thirst in the mouth,no sweat or less sweat,headache and body pain and total score in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of pink or pale wind blob col-or,aggravation of wind and cold,aversion to wind and chills,no thirst in mouth,no sweat or less sweat,head-ache and body pain and total score in the combined group were lower than those in the acid glycoside group and Guizhi decoction group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the attack frequency,pruritus degree,UAS7 and CU-Q2oL scores of the three groups were lower than those be-fore treatment,the duration and diameter of wheal were shorter than those before treatment,and the number of wheal was less than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,the attack frequency,pruritus degree,UAS7 and CU-Q2oL scores of the combined group were lower than those of the acid glycoside group and the Guizhi decoction group,the duration and diameter of wheal were shorter than those of the acid glycoside group and the Guizhi decoction group,and the number of wheal was less than that of the acid glycoside group and the Guizhi decoction group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-17,IL-23 and IgE in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and IL-35 was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-17,IL-23 and IgE in the combined group were lower than those in the acid glycoside group and Guizhi decoc-tion group,and the serum level of IL-35 was higher than that in the acid glycoside group and Guizhi decoction group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportions of CD3+and CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ratio in the three groups were higher than those before treatment,and the proportions of CD3+and CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ratio in the combination group were higher than those in the acid glycoside group and Guizhi decoction group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of CD8+T lymphocytes in the three groups was lower than that before treatment,and the proportion of CD8+T lymphocytes in the combination group was lower than that in the acid glycoside group and Guizhi decoction group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Guizhi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria with wind-cold bundle syndrome is better than that of compound glycyr-rhizin or Guizhi decoction alone,which can improve symptoms and signs,promote the recovery of immune function and have good safety.关键词
