时间压力对员工创新行为的影响
The Influence of Time Pressure on Employees' Innovative Behavior:A Dual-path Model of Attention Focus

Abstract
This study aimed to address the inconsistency in conclusions regarding the relationship be-tween time pressure and innovative behavior.It constructed a dual-path model incorporating dual atten-tion foci at both individual and team levels.Team temporal leadership and team virtuality were intro-duced as moderating variables.The study explored the double-edged sword effect of time pressure on employee innovative behavior.Method:Data were collected through questionnaire surveys.Multiple re-gression analysis and bootstrapping analysis were conducted.Results:Under time pressure,individuals exhibit attention narrowing tendency.High time pressure negatively affects innovative behavior by weakening employees' attention focus at the team level.It positively affects innovative behavior by strengthening attention focus at the individual level.Team temporal leadership and team virtuality play moderating roles in the dual-path model.Specifically,team temporal leadership mitigates the negative effect of time pressure on team communication.It also enhances the positive effect of time pressure on individual learning.Team virtuality strengthens the positive effect of time pressure on learning behav-ior.Conclusion:This study reveals the intrinsic mechanism and boundary conditions of the double-edg-ed sword effect of time pressure.It clarifies the complex relationship between time pressure and innova-tive behavior.关键词
