国际化背景下的企业战略柔性、协同研发与创新能力
Research on Strategic Flexibility,Collaborative R&D and Innovation Capability in the Context of Internationalization Strategy

Abstract
In the volatile,uncertain,complex,and ambiguous VUCA environment,strategic flexibility is a key element for enterprises to respond to environmental changes and is of great significance for en-hancing their innovation capabilities.This article combines social network theory and dynamic capabili-ty theory,using survey data from 545 enterprises as samples,to construct a theoretical model of the im-pact of the"internal dynamic capability cultivation+external network resource acquisition"model on innovation capability.Furthermore,heterogeneity tests were conducted on whether the enterprise is a state-owned enterprise,a listed company,or mainly engaged in online business.The results show that:Coordination flexibility and innovation capability are in an inverted U-shaped relationship,especially for online business enterprises and private enterprises.Resource flexibility and innovation capability are in an inverted U-shaped relationship,and private enterprises,offline business oriented enterprises and listed enterprises are more convinced by this relationship.Internationalization strategy positively moder-ates the inverted U-shaped relationship between coordination flexibility and innovation capability,and positively moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between resource flexibility and innovation ca-pability.Collaborative R&D positively moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between coordina-tion flexibility and innovation capability,and positively moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between resource flexibility and innovation capability.The research findings deepen the understanding of the impact mechanism of strategic flexibility on innovation capability from the perspectives of dynam-ic capability theory,social network theory,and organizational learning theory.Furthermore,they further define the situational dependency boundaries of the relationship between strategic flexibility and inno-vation capability,providing valuable insights for Chinese enterprises in building innovation networks.关键词
