亚临床甲减转归纵向随访及影响因素分析
A follow-up analysis of the outcome and influencing factors of subclinical hypothyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes in thyroid function and their influencing factors among resi-dents in Lanzhou after a 10-year follow-up.Methods A total of 984 volunteers from Xigu District,Lanzhou, who participated in the National Epidemiological Survey of Thyroid Disorders, lodine Nutrition, and Diabetes in 2014,were included in this follow-up study.General information, biochemical indicators, and thyroid function measurements were collected and analyzed to examine the dynamic trends in thyroid function and identify factors influencing its progression. Results During the 10-year follow-up period, among individuals with a normal baseline thyroid function,54(8.82%)progressed to subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH).Of those with a baseline SCH,57(37.01%)returned to normal thyroid function, while 94(61.04%)remained in the SCH state. In the group that progressed from normal thyroid function to SCH,being female, elevated 2-hour postprandial glucose, and elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone levels were identified as risk factors for disease progression. Conclusion Thyroid function in SCH patients may spontaneously normalize to some extent during follow-up.Enhancing the understanding of the natural history of SCH and the factors contribut-ing to its normalization may aid in the development of clinical follow-up strategies in the future.关键词
