门诊甲状腺结节近10年的变化趋势分析
Outpatient consultation trends for thyroid nodule over the past decade

Abstract
Objective To analyze the ten-year outpatient variation trend of thyroid nodules from 2015 to 2024.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on all endocrinology outpatients in March,June,September and December each year from 2015 to 2024 at Department of Endocrinology of The First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital and The First Hospital of Lanzhou University.The number of thyroid nodule patients and their proportion in total outpatient visits were counted,and the ten-year changes in benign and malignant nodule classification as well as clinical treatment modes were analyzed.Results From 2015 to 2019,the number and outpatient proportion of patients with total thyroid nodules,benign thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer in the two hospitals increased continuously.The data decreased slightly in 2023 and rose mod-erately again in 2024,with a larger growth range of thyroid cancer cases.Benign nodules accounted for most thyroid nodule cases,while the proportion of thyroid cancer increased year by year.The proportion of patients receiving regular clinical observation and surgical treatment remained stable within the decade whereas both the number and proportion of patients treated with ablation increased annually.Conclusion Thyroid nodule is a common disease in endocrinology clinics,and its rising consultation trend has not been restrained.Formulating follow-up and treatment plans based on risk stratification of nodules can help reduce the social medical burden.关键词
