甲状腺相关眼病眼睑闭合不全患者治疗后角膜转归的影响因素
Influencing factors of corneal outcomes in patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and incomplete eyelid closure after treatment

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of corneal outcomes following treatment in patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy complicated by incomplete eyelid closure.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 83 inpatients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and incom-plete eyelid closure admitted to The Department of Ophthalmology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University,between January 1,2023 and April 17,2025.Patients were stratified into the favorable outcome group and the poor outcome group based on post-treatment outcomes.Chi-square test and mul-tivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the factors affecting the patient's corneal outcomes.Results No statistically significant difference was found in the distribution of gender and comorbid hyper-tension between the favorable outcome and the poor outcome group regarding corneal outcome after treat-ment(P>0.05).Age,smoking history,diabetes mellitus,hypercholesterolemia,degree of incomplete eyelid clo-sure,eyelid retraction degree,exophthalmos severity,and disease activity stage showed differences that were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,smoking history and eyelid retraction of patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy were indepen-dent influencing factors for outcomes of corneal treatment(P<0.05).The older the patients were,the longer they had smoked,and the greater the degree of eyelid retraction,the greater the risk of poor corneal treatment outcomes.Conclusion Corneal prognosis in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy patients with lagophthalmos is influenced by age,smoking history and the degree of eyelid retraction.关键词
