全生物基层层自组装疏水棉织物的制备及性能研究
Fabrication and property of fully bio-based layer-by-layer assembled hydrophobic cotton fabric

Abstract
To develop a green and degradable hydrophobic finishing technology for cotton fabric,a layer-by-layer(LbL)coating system was constructed using bio-based materials,cationic starch(CTS)and lignin-like aromatic polymer(LLP)were taken as the core components.The LLP was synthesized from lignin-derived p-hydroxycinnamic acid and p-hydroxybenzoic acid under alkaline hydrothermal conditions,and both LLP and CTS exhibited better biocompatibility and biodegradability.The effects of CTS concentration,LLP concentration and the number of deposition layers on the properties of cotton fabric were systematically studied.The results indicated that the finished cotton fabric was achieved optimal hydrophobic performance when the CTS concentration was 0.005 g/mL,the LLP concentration was 0.010 g/mL,and 3 deposition layers were applied.Under these conditions,the static water contact angle was reached as high as 146°,with a uniform and dense coating that prevented water droplet penetration for up to 1.5 hours.Furthermore,air permeability of the fabric was maintained better after hydrophobic treatment,mechanical properties were enhanced and imparted excellent anti-fouling performance along with a unique pH-responsive characteristic.关键词
