摘要
Abstract
To develop green and environmentally friendly textiles with both structural color and ultraviolet protection functions, magnetron sputtering technology was employed to deposit Zn/[SiO2/TiO2]x(x=1,2,3,4)multilayer films on polyester fabric substrates.Structural coloration and reflectivity-enhancing performance were obtained through thin film interference. The relationships between sputtering deposition process, the structural color and optical properties were tested. The results showed when the sputtering pressure of Zn layer was 1.0 Pa,the sputtering power was 80 W,the sputtering time was 30 minutes, and the Ar flow speed was 30 mL/min,the optimal process for depositing the SiO2/TiO2 layer was at a sputtering pressure of 1.0 Pa,sputtering power of 100 W,sputtering time of 25 min and Ar∶O2 gas flow ratio of 20∶5.The multilayer films endowed the fabric with rich and vibrant structural colors achieving hues such as orange yellow, yellowish brown, pale yellow, light blue, dark blue and light purple. The average reflectivity of the coated samples in the wavelength range of 360 nm~750 nm was reached up to approximately 15%,the UPF value could be increased from 74.74 of the polyester fabric to a maximum of 331.32.The average UVA transmission was as low as 0.85%,and the average UVB transmission was as low as 0.20%.The hydrophilicity of the coated fabric was enhanced compared to that of the uncoated polyester fabric and the single Zn-coated sample. It is considered that this study provides a new option for the preparation of structural color textiles and has promising applications in functional clothing, sunscreen products and other fields.关键词
