Abstract
According to problems in spinning JC 3.7 tex superfine yarn,including less fiber,lower strength and higher end breakage,the process optimization was discussed systematically.JC 3.7 tex compact yarn was used as research object,through theoretical analysis combined with production practice,the solution was built from aspects of raw cotton selection(Micronaire value,length,breaking tenacity),optimization of the entire spinning process(cotton cleaning short process,carding lower speed&stronger carding,gauge optimization in drawing frame)and double combing process application,yarn quality of different cotton-assorting cases and process parameter were contrasted.The research indicated when optimized cotton with Micronaire value of 3.5~3.9,length above 36 mm and breaking tenacity not less 4.3 cN/dtex,cooperating with"more loosing less beating"in picking process,lower carding speed(cylinder speed 360 r/min)and double combing process,the yarn quality could be improved obviously.Comparing to regular cotton assorting and single combing process,the optimized case could reduce yarn evenness CV by 1.4 percentage points,the thin places by 43.5%,the thick places by 55.3%and the neps by 59.5%,while single yarn strength could be increased 7.2%.It is considered that the scientific raw cotton assorting and refined process configuration of"protecting fiber,reducing damage and removing impurity deeply"are the key of achieving superfine yarn large-scale and stable production.关键词
