c-MYC泛癌表达特征及其预后、免疫与基因组稳定性分析
A Pan-Cancer Analysis of c-MYC Expression and Its Correlates with Prognosis,Immune Infiltration,and Genomic Stability
摘要
Abstract
To explore the mechanism of c-MYC in tumorigenesis,progression and immunotherapy response across diverse cancers,bioinformatics approaches were adopted to systematically analyze the transcriptional and protein expression levels of c-MYC in 33 types of tumor tissues.We further evaluated the correlations of c-MYC expression with patient prognosis,immune cell infiltration,tumor mutational burden(TMB)and microsatellite instability(MSI).The results demonstrated that c-MYC was highly expressed in multiple cancers,and its upregulation was significantly correlated with poor prognosis,increased immune cell infiltration,as well as elevated TMB and MSI levels.In addition,the expression pattern and prognostic predictive value of c-MYC exhibited prominent heterogeneity among different tumor types.关键词
