Abstract
In this paper,an analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of dinotefuran and afidopyropen in a 15％micro-emulsions(ME)formulation.Quantitative analysis was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a variable-wavelength UV detector at 240 nm,using methanol and water as the mobile phase and a stainless steel column filled with C18(5 μm).The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for both analytes were 0.999 95.The standard deviation of 0.064 6％and 0.515 5％,the variation coefficient of 0.011 7％and 0.361 2％,the average recovery of 100.48％and 99.44％were obtained for dinotefuran and afidopyropen,respectively.关键词
