不同药剂浸苗对红芪产量及根腐病防治效果的影响
Effects of Different Medicament Seedling Soaking on Yield and Root Rot Control of Hedysarum polybotrys

Abstract
In order to screen efficient and low-toxicity fungicides suitable for controlling root rot in Hedysarum polybotrys(Hongqi)from the Longnan Dao-di production area,this experiment established six treatments:80%mancozeb wettable powder(T1),50%thiophanate-methyl wettable powder(T2),30%metalaxyl·hymexazol aqueous solution(T3),40%quintozene wettable powder(T4),a compound formulation(9%pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate+10%thiamethoxam suspension concentrate+3%difenoconazole suspension concentrate for seed coating+30%phoxim suspension concentrate)(T5),and a clear water control(CK).Through field plot trials,the incidence,disease index,and control efficacy of H.polybotrys root rot under different chemical seedling-soaking treatments were systematically evaluated.Simultaneously,individual growth indicators(root length,number of lateral roots,stem diameter,longest lateral root length,single root fresh weight)and yield indicators(plot fresh weight)were observed.The T3 and T5 treatments demonstrated optimal control effects against H.polybotrys root rot,with control efficacies reaching 72.67%and 72.50%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two treatments(P>0.05).Both treatments significantly increased stem diameter,single root fresh weight,and plot yield.Specifically,the T3 treatment resulted in a fresh weight yield of 603.71 kg·667 m-2,representing an 18.98%increase compared to CK.Comprehensively,the 30%metalaxyl.hymexazol aqueous solution(T3)and the compound formulation(T5)effectively balanced root rot control with yield enhancement in H.polybotrys.They are suitable as preferred environmentally friendly control agents for diseases during the seedling stage of H.polybotrys in Longnan.In practice,either agent can be flexibly selected based on the occurrence of field pests and diseases.关键词
