Abstract
The continued development of the aviation industry has driven the continuous increase in the functional demand for aircraft fuel measurement systems.In view of the diagnostic blind spots existing in the current fuel measurement system in CAN bus communication abnormality detection,this research designs a systematic optimization scheme based on CAN bus communication faults by in-depth analysis of the system architecture principle.This scheme builds a three-level diagnosis system including fault feature extraction,root cause location and scheme improvement.After strict inspection in the dual aspects of ground testing and flight verification,the improved system can achieve real-time monitoring and accurate positioning of communication abnormalities.This research result not only fills the technical gap in the field of bus communication reliability in avionics systems,but also provides a reusable solution framework for redundant communication design of similar aviation equipment,and has significant engineering application value.关键词
