Mechanisms and intervention of chronic stress in remodeling tumor immunity
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,chronic stress has been confirmed as a critical factor influencing tumor development and therapeutic response.The tumor microenvironment(TME),a dynamic ecosystem composed of immune cells,stromal cells,cytokines,vascular networks,and extracellular matrix within the tumor tissue,is increasingly recognized as being remodeled by chronic stress.Chronic stress may induce tumor immune escape through the establishment of multi-level immunosuppression.To provide new insights and directions for antitumor immunotherapy,this review systematically examines the various mechanisms and recent research advances in how chronic stress reshapes tumor immunity,focusing on its effects on the neuroendocrine system,direct impacts on the TME,as well as metabolic reprogramming and the role of the host microbiota.关键词
