老年肺癌患者术后居家自我管理指导方案的临床应用研究
Clinical Application of a Postoperative Home-based Self-Management Guidance Program for Elderly Lung Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of a postoperative home-based self-management program for elderly lung cancer patients,aiming to provide a reference for home-based rehabilitation of this population.Methods A total of 90 elderly lung cancer patients admitted to a Grade III-A hospital in Shanghai from Octo-ber to November 2024 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the test group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)according to a random number table.The control group received 12-week routine care,while the test group received 12-week home-based self-management guidance,which included comprehensive manage-ment(diet,exercise,respiratory care,medication,and follow-up)and symptom management(pain,fatigue,cough and expectoration,wheezing and shortness of breath,surgical incision,sleep,and emotion).The two groups were compared in terms of self-management level,severity of symptoms and quality of life.Results After 4 and 12 weeks of intervention,the test group showed higher self-management level and quality of life(P<0.05),and lower severity of symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative home-based self-management guidance program for elderly lung cancer patients effectively improves their self-management ability,alleviates discomfort symptoms,improves quality of life,and facilitates a smooth transition to home-based rehabilitation.关键词
