摘要
Abstract
Objective:This article aims to explore the impact of early rehabilitation exercise combined with multi-dimensional sleep intervention on postoperative recovery after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 70 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting at department of cardiovascular surgery, the First Affiliated Hospita of Fujian Medical University from March 2024 to April 2025.Based on different nursing models, the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group(35 cases)received conventional nursing, while the observation group(35 cases)underwent early reha-bilitation exercise combined with multi-dimensional sleep intervention. The respiratory muscle function[maximum inspiratory pres-sure(MIP),maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)],6-minute walk distance, and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results:At 1 week post operatively and at discharge,MIP,MEP,and 6-minute walk distance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores for sleep quality, sleep laten-cy,sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances, daytime dysfunction, and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation exercise combined with multi-dimensional sleep inter-vention can effectively improve respiratory muscle function and exercise tolerance, and enhance sleep quality in patients after coro-nary artery bypass grafting.关键词
