Abstract
Objective:This artical aims to observe the impact of early rehabilitation on sleep quality in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with respiratory failure combined with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 62 patients with respiratory failure complicated by sleep disorders admitted to the ICU of Longyan Second Hospital,Fujian Province from December 2024 to December 2025 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups using the random envelope method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group underwent early rehabilitation intervention in addition to routine nursing.The sleep quality,pulmonary function indicators,and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with pre-intervention levels within the same group,both groups showed a decrease in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores(P＜0.05),with the observation group scoring lower(P＜0.05).Compared with pre-interven-tion levels,peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity ratio,and forced vital capacity increased significantly in both groups after intervention(P＜0.05),with greater improvements in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The difference in complication rates between the two groups was significant,with the observation group experiencing a lower rate(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation can improve sleep quality,enhance pulmonary function,and reduce the incidence of complications in ICU patients with respiratory failure complicated by sleep disorders.关键词
