深海龙胶囊对少弱精症动物模型的药效研究
Pharmacodynamic Effects of Shenhailong Capsules on Animal Models of Oligoasthenospermia

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Shenhailong Capsules on animal models of oligoasthenospermia in-duced by four drugs.Methods:Oligoasthenospermia animal models were established by feeding rats with adenine(200 mg/kg),tripterygium glycosides(50 mg/kg),or ornidazole(800 mg/kg)by gavage for 28 days,and by intraperitoneal injection of cyclo-phosphamide(50 m g/kg)in mice for 7 days.Rats were subsequently administered with Shenhailong Capsules by gavage at doses of 0.28,0.56,and 1.12 g/kg,and mice at doses of 0.45,0.90,and 1.80 g/kg for 28 days.The weights and organ coefficients of the testes and epididymides were measured.The proportion of progressively motile sperm,motile sperm rate,sperm count,and sperm de-formity rate were assessed.Serum levels of testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hor-mone(LH)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Histopathological changes in the testes and epididy-mides were observed using hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.Results:Shenhailong Capsules showed significant improvement in all four drug-induced oligoasthenospermia models.The treatment dose-dependently increased the weights and organ coefficients of the testes and epididymides,increased sperm count,improved sperm motility,and reduced sperm deformity rate.Serum T levels were in-creased,while serum E2,FSH,and LH levels were decreased.In addition,histopathological damage in the testes and epididymides was effectively improved.Conclusion:Shenhailong Capsules exert therapeutic effects in four different drug-induced oligoastheno-spermia animal models.关键词
