Abstract
Objective:To explore the potential classification characteristics and influencing factors of creativity anxiety among master's candidates in nursing.Methods:From June to August 2025,a total of 381 master's candidates in nursing from 7 universities in Henan and Guangdong provinces were selected as the survey subjects.The general information questionnaire,Creativity Anxiety Scale(CAS),Creative Self-efficacy Scale(CSS),and Nurse Professional Identity Assessment Scale.Based on the latent profile analysis,the potential classification of creativity anxiety among master's candidates in nursing was initially explored.The influencing factors of the latent profile analysis were analyzed using unordered multinomial Logistic regression.Results:The score of the CAS for master's candidates in nursing was 36.31±10.53.The creativity anxiety of master's candidates in nursing could be classified into four potential profiles:the low anxiety balance group,the rule-dependent anxiety group,the value-driven anxiety group,and the achievement-driven anxiety group.Regression analysis showed that the institution level,grade,group meeting frequency,degree type,existing number of papers,degree of recognition of the value of scientific research achievements,creative self-efficacy,and nurse professional identity were the influencing factors of the creativity anxiety of master's candidates in nursing.Conclusions:There is group heterogeneity in the creative anxiety of master's candidates in nursing.Institutions and supervisors could conduct individualized interventions based on the different influencing factors of the potential profiles,to reduce the level of creative anxiety among master's candidates in nursing.关键词
