摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the latent class characteristics of fear of movement in patients after open-heart surgery, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Using a convenience sampling method,a total of 305 hospitalized patients after open-heart surgery were selected from the cardiac surgery departments of seven tertiary grade-A hospitals from March to May 2025.The patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia for Heart Patients(TSK-SV Heart),the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),the Cardiac Exercise Self-Efficacy Instrument(CESEI),and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Latent profile analysis(LPA)was employed to identify the class characteristics of fear of movement in patients after open-heart surgery. Results:Three latent profiles of fear of movement were identified among patients after open-heart surgery:subclinical fear of movement-unstable group, mild fear of movement-stable group, and moderate fear of movement group.Logistic regression analysis showed that patients'anxiety, depression, illness perception, cardiac rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy,average monthly family income, and exercise habits were influencing factors for their latent profiles of fear of movement(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Fear of movement in patients after open-heart surgery shows population heterogeneity.Healthcare providers should develop precise intervention strategies based on the influencing factors of different profile groups to reduce patients'level of fear of movement.关键词
