急性心肌梗死患者症状网络分析
Symptom Network Analysis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective To identify the core symptoms in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)via symptom network analysis,and explore the differences in the distribution of core symptoms between patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)and non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI).Methods A retrospective study was conducted.A total of 389 patients with AMI who presented to the Emergency Catheterization Laboratory of Tenth People's Hospital,Tongji University from January 2024 to July 2025 were enrolled.The General Information Questionnaire and AMI Symptom Questionnaire were used to extract the general information and AMI symptoms of patients from the hospital electronic medical record system and the hospital ECG information system.UCINET 6.0 software was used for symptom network analysis.Results The ECG manifestations of 389 patients were:STEMI in 234 cases(60.2%),NSTEMI in 155 cases(39.8%);the top three symptoms were chest tightness in 317 cases(81.5%),chest pain in 282 cases(72.5%),and cold sweating in 215 cases(55.3%).The symptom network of AMI patients was drawn.The results of centrality analysis showed that the top five symptoms of intensity centrality were chest tightness(rs=772),chest pain(rs=618),cold sweating(rs=570),loss of appetite(rs=459)and listlessness(rs=369).The symptoms of closeness centrality ranked first were fatigue,palpitation,syncope,and dyspnea(rc=63.50).The top five symptoms of betweenness centrality were fatigue(rb=21.35),chest tightness(rb=18.75),palpitation(rb=18.62),chest pain(rb=17.92)and syncope(rb=17.24).Chest tightness,chest pain and cold sweating were the core symptoms.The incidence of cold sweating in STEMI patients was higher than that in NSTEMI patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Chest tightness,chest pain and cold sweating are the core symptoms of AMI patients.Compared with NSTEMI patients,STEMI patients have a higher risk of cold sweating.关键词
