Abstract
Thin endometrium is a common and challenging gynecological condition associated with scanty menstruation and infertility.Based on the theory proposed by Chinese medicine master XIA Guicheng that"mental restlessness leads to kidney deficiency,and mental agitation results in yin insufficiency",this paper explores the pathogenesis of endometrium.The treatment strategy emphasizes regulating heart function,particularly during the postmenstrual phase,through the innovative formulation Yangxin Dianji Prescription and the flexible application of five heart-regulating methods.This approach aims to calm the heart,strengthen the kidney,enrich yin,and restore the balance of the heart-kidney-uterus axis,thereby improving endometrial thickness and reproductive outcomes.The study highlights the novelty and potential of this traditional Chinese medicine-based intervention in managing thin endometrium.关键词
