Strategic Positioning,Practical Constraints,and Response Paths of China's Land and Sea Corridors from the Perspective of Global Channel Accessibility

Abstract
Currently,global channel competition is intensifying,risks are spreading across borders,and regulatory systems are diverging.In the context of channels that are'open but not smooth,smooth but unstable,'China's land-sea corridor has become an important conduit connecting the Belt and Road Initiative,integrated land-sea planning,and regional coordinated development.It serves as a key alternative channel for maintaining the stability of the global supply chain and has achieved significant results in multi-dimensional connectivity,multimodal transport coordination,alternative channel construction,and economic development facilitation.However,China's land-sea corridor faces practical constraints such as power structures,risk diffusion,capacity mismatches,and institutional recognition.It is urgently necessary to construct a diversified and balanced channel layout,establish a multi-level joint prevention and control system,promote coordination between infrastructure hardware and software,and actively participate in the formulation of channel regulations,thereby contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to ensuring the smooth operation of global channels.关键词
