碳排放权交易政策对绿色科技创新的影响及机制研究
Research on the Impact and Mechanism of Carbon Emission Rights Trading Policies on Green Technological Innovation
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2007 to 2023,this paper explored whether the pilot policy of carbon emission trading right has promoted green technological innovation in China by means of the difference-in-differences model,and analyzed its mechanism of action.The research found that this policy has significantly increased the number of green patent authoriza-tions.This effect can be achieved through the intermediary variable of research and experimental development funding investment.Moreover,the impact of industrial structure on green technological innovation exhibits sig-nificant heterogeneity:The traditional industrial structure has a restraining effect on green technological innova-tion,while the high-tech industrial structure presents a significant promoting effect.关键词
