摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problem of insufficient steady-state accuracy and dynamic response of the traditional double closed-loop control system of brushless DC motor in high-precision control occasions,a high-precision speed regulation system based on STM32F405RGT6 microcontroller is designed.In the driving scheme,an improved double closed-loop field-oriented control(FOC)scheme is proposed by using the FOC strategy and combining with the improved current loop PR controller and the improved speed loop PI controller.The system is optimized by load observation compensation,current sampling,rotor position estimation and other optimization strategies,which can effectively improve the operation reliability and efficiency of the motor under various working conditions.The experimental results show that the control system has the advantages of faster dynamic response,higher speed regulation accuracy and stronger anti-load disturbance ability,which can meet the requirements of modern industrial high-precision control.
