摘要
Abstract
In allusion to the problems of insufficient gain,large input current ripple,high switch stress,and difficulty in achieving both high voltage gain and low voltage stress over a wide input range in existing high-gain DC-DC converters,a high-gain DC-DC converter based on the topology structure secondary cascaded Boost circuit is proposed,which combined with the three winding coupled inductor,switched capacitor,passive clamp circuit,and input current ripple cancellation technique.The operating principle and steady-state performance of converter under continuous conduction mode(CCM)were analyzed in detail.In comparison with similar converters,the proposed converter has lower input current ripple,higher voltage gain,and lower switching voltage stress.A prototype with an input voltage of 23 V,output voltage of 400 V,and power of 160 W was built to verify the feasibility of the converter.关键词
