Abstract
With the continuous development of digital cinema technologies, cinema exhibition is gradually evolving from tra-ditional projection-based display systems toward LED cinema systems, resulting in significant changes in the viewing expe-rience.This study investigates the underlying reasons and mechanisms behind the enhanced visual experience perceived by audiences during LED cinema exhibition, particularly the phenomena of more vivid colors and richer image depth.Based on the characteristics of human visual perception, this paper analyzes the effects of key display performance param-eters,including color gamut, luminance, contrast, and HDR,on color perception and image presentation.Furthermore, the visual performance differences between LED cinema systems and conventional digital projection systems are compara-tively analyzed. The results indicate that, under the standard of DCI-P3 color gamut,LED cinema systems can effectively enhance color reproduction, image depth, and visual impact by leveraging their advantages in high luminance, high con-trast,and HDR display capability, thereby improving the overall viewing experience. These findings demonstrate that,un-der identical color gamut conditions, the improved visual experience perceived by audiences is not determined solely by color gamut, but results from the combined effects of multiple display performance parameters and their interaction with the human visual system. The results of this study provide valuable references for the future development and optimization of cinema content production and exhibition standards.关键词
