摘要
Abstract
To address the problem of high total iron(TFe)content in the final slag of a 120 t converter(averaging 18.5%),the effects of raw material conditions, oxygen supply practice, and slagging practice on TFe in the final slag were systematically analyzed.Through optimizing hot metal deslagging(bright surface ratio≥80%),dynamically regulating the hot metal-to-scrap ratio based on heat balance calculation, adjusting the oxygen supply intensity(3.0-3.5 m³/(t·min))and lance position practice(four-stage control),improving the slagging practice(quantitative addition by steel grade, adopting double-slag+slag-retaining process),and enhancing the bottom blowing in-tensity,the average TFe content in the final slag was reduced from 18.5%to 13.2%.Meanwhile,the metal yield was increased by 2.3%,and the cost per ton of steel was reduced by 12 RMB.The re-search results can provide a reference for reducing TFe content in the final slag of similar converters.关键词
