多层螺旋CT与超声心动图评估急性肺栓塞患者右心功能的临床价值研究
Study on the Clinical Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT and Echocardiography in Assessing Right Ventricular Function in Patients with Acute Pulmonary Em-bolism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and echocardiography in assessing right ventricular function in patients with acute pulmonary embolism(APE).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 126 APE patients admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital,who were selected as the APE group.The case enrollment period was from August 2022 to September 2025.Additionally,100 non-APE patients who visited the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All participants underwent MSCT,echocardiography,and cardiac function tests.The right ventricular function parameters on MSCT and echocardiography,and cardiac function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The ratios of right/left ventricular maximum cross-sectional area(RVA/LVA),right/left ventricular maximum diameter(RVD/LVD),and maximum distance between the right and left ventricles(RV-LD/LV-LD)in the APE group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the pulmonary artery trunk/aorta ratio(PA/AO)between the two groups(P＞0.05).The main pulmonary artery diameter(PA),tricuspid regurgitation pressure gradient(TRPG),and right ventricular transverse diameter/left ventricular transverse diameter ratio(RVTD/LVTD)in the APE group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the APE group showed significantly higher levels of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and a significantly lower left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(P＜0.05).Conclusions Both MSCT and echocardiography can be used to assess various parameters of right ventricular function in patients with APE,aiding in the evaluation of cardiac function changes and providing important references for clinical personalized treatment strategies.关键词
