Effect of Medium-Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation Combined with Car-boprost Tromethamine in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage and Its Impact on Uterine Involution in High-Risk Cesarean Section Parturients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medium-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with carboprost tromethamine in preventing postpartum hemorrhage and its impact on uterine involution in high-risk cesarean section parturients.Methods A total of 100 parturients with high-risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carboprost tromethamine alone,while the study group underwent medium-frequency pulse electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The postpartum hemorrhage status,uterine involution indicators,coagulation function indicators,postpartum recovery indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours,and the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The fundal height reduction at day 3 and day 4 postpartum in the study group was greater than that in the control group,the sum of the three uterine dimensions at 42 days postpartum was smaller than that in the control group,and the duration of bloody lochia was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 24 hours postpartum,the FIB levels decreased in both groups,and the D-D levels increased in both groups,but the magnitudes of change in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The hospitalization duration and time to onset of lactation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the breast milk production volume at 3 days postpartum was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Medium-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with carboprost tromethamine can synergistically reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk cesarean section parturients,significantly promote uterine involution,improve coagulation function and lactation function,and shorten hospitalization duration without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective postpartum management strategy and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
