云南刺桐中木脂素类成分研究
Studies on the Lignans of Erythrina yunnanensis
摘要
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents of the twigs and leaves of Erythrina yunnanensis.The ethyl acetate extraction was isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI gel,as well as on semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of the obtained compounds were identified through NMR spectral data.nine compounds were isolated and identified to be:4'-hydroxy-3,3',4,5,5'-pentamethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxylignane(1),syringaresinol(2),jatrointelignan D(3),lar-iciresinol(4),ficusal(5),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-1'-allyl-2',6'-dimethoxy-8,4'-oxyneoligna-7,9-diol(6),ω-hydroxyproioquaiacone(7),coniferaldehyde(8)and vanillin(9).关键词
