辅助生殖技术纳入医保政策的优化路径研究
Optimization pathway to include assisted reproductive technology in medical insurance policies
摘要
Abstract
This study examined strategies to strengthen medical insurance support for assisted reproductive technology(ART)within the context of building a fertility-friendly society,aiming to promote long-term balanced population development.By reviewing the evolution of ART policies in China and their current inclusion in insur-ance schemes,the study identified key challenges,including limited insurance fund capacity,regional fiscal and policy disparities,delayed coverage of new technologies,and insufficient regulatory oversight.To address these is-sues,the study proposed a set of optimization strategies:establishing a multi-tiered insurance system,enhancing fiscal coordination and regional policy alignment,implementing a scientific project inclusion mechanism,and im-proving supporting regulatory frameworks.关键词
