漳州市乡村医生急救知识与技能培训现状及优化策略研究
First-aid knowledge and skills training for rural doctors in Zhangzhou City:Status quo and optimization strategies

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the current status of first-aid knowledge and skills mastery,training participation,and regional differences among rural doctors in Zhangzhou City,and to clarify the priorities of train-ing needs,providing empirical evidence for the optimization of the rural first-aid training system.Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 2 654 rural doctors from 6 types of regions in Zhangzhou City in June 2025.A self-designed structured questionnaire was used to collect data,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results Among the 2 654 rural doctors,males accounted for 75.55％,those aged over 50 years accounted for 56.22％,and those with working experience of more than 15 years accounted for 83.91％.A total of 95.85％had received first-aid training in the past two years,while 4.15％had never received any training,with the highest proportion observed in mountainous/hilly rural areas.Doctors who received training 4 times or more accounted for 21.06％,with the highest proportion in county/urban areas.The proficiency rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)without equipment was the high-est(67.03％),whereas the proficiency rate of automated external defibrillator(AED)operation was the lowest(28.82％),with statistically significant regional differences(P＜0.05).Additionally,93.14％of the doctors were willing to participate in training,and 50.83％preferred the blended training mode of"online theoretical learning plus offline hands-on practice".The training needs in different regions were highly consistent with the lo-cal spectrum of acute diseases.Conclusions The first-aid skills of rural doctors in Zhangzhou City are character-ized by"moderate mastery of basic skills,insufficient proficiency in specialized skills,and significant regional differences".In the future,it is necessary to construct a training system featuring"stratified classification and tar-geted empowerment"to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training.关键词
