上海市闵行区社区精神卫生防治人力资源配置现状及优化对策
Status quo and optimization strategies of human resource allocation for community mental health prevention and treatment in Minhang District,Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and regional differences of community mental health workforce allocation in Minhang District,Shanghai,and to propose optimization strategies.Methods Annual sta-tistical data from community health service centers in the district from 2020 to 2024,along with self-designed sur-vey forms,were collected to establish a database.Statistical analysis was performed using R software.Results From 2020 to 2024,the total number of mental health staff ranged from 514 to 603,with a low proportion of full-time staff(2.21％-3.69％)and the majority being part-time.The workforce was mainly composed of clinical(38.13％-41.40％)and nursing(35.66％-37.96％)professionals,while public health and psychology per-sonnel were scarce.The proportion of staff with a bachelor's degree or above increased to 75.22％(P=0.024),and those engaged in mental health prevention for ≥6 years increased significantly(33.22％→60.11％,P＜0.001).Significant difference in professional composition was observed between the northern and southern regions(P＜0.001),with the northern region having slightly higher proportions of public health and other professionals.In 2024,21 full-time mental health doctors corresponded to an average of 30.33 family doctors and 32.62 village/community committees,indicating notable service pressure in some communities.Conclusions The community mental health prevention and treatment workforce in Minhang District of Shanghai is insufficient and unevenly dis-tributed,necessitating improvements in allocation and service capacity.关键词
