A Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Digital Archives for Officials and Personnel in the New Era

Abstract
The transformation and upgrading of digital archives for officials and personnel is an important component of the information construction of organizational personnel work in the new era.It plays a foundational supporting role in enhancing archive management efficiency,serving the selection and appointment of officials,and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.Currently,official personnel digital archives still face prominent shortcomings in infrastructure construction,data quality management,security assurance systems,archive utilization services,and professional talent teams,such as uneven facility configuration,delayed data updates,weak security protection,insufficient sharing and utilization,and a shortage of compound talents.Meanwhile,national policy support,information technology development,and the growing demand for digitalization in organizational personnel work bring important opportunities for transformation,although challenges such as rapid technology updates,intensified data security risks,and the difficulty of cross-departmental data integration cannot be ignored.The transformation and upgrading of official personnel digital archives in the new era require optimizing infrastructure,strengthening security protection,improving utilization services,and reinforcing talent team building.It is necessary to promote hardware upgrades and software intelligence,improve encryption backup and access control mechanisms,build an archive information sharing platform and personalized service system,optimize talent structure and training systems,and promote the high-quality development of official personnel digital archives.关键词
