Advances in Ultra-early Pregnancy Diagnosis Technologies in Sows
摘要
Abstract
Early pregnancy diagnosis is a critical technology in pig production,playing a vital role in improving sow reproductive performance,optimizing breeding costs,and enhancing economic efficiency.With the advancement of precision livestock farming,ultra-early pregnancy diagnosis has become increasingly important.Currently,several methods are available for ultra-early pregnancy diagnosis in sows,including salivary crystallization analysis,ultrasound-based artificial intelligence detection,pregnancy hormone assays,proteomic and metabolomic analyses of pregnancy-associated biomarkers,and the detection of cell-free fetal DNA.However,a comprehensive review of these techniques remains lacking.This paper summarizes the principles,accuracy,and advantages and limitations of various ultra-early pregnancy diagnosis methods,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the development of rapid,non-invasive,and visual on-site pregnancy diagnostic systems in pig farms.关键词
