调Q 694nm点阵激光和强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床效果比较
Comparison of clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Q-switched 694 nm fractional laser and intense pulsed light in the treatment of chloasma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Q 694 nm fractional laser and intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of melasma,and to compare their effects on melasma severity and patient satisfaction.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 50 patients with melasma who received treatment in the Department of Medical Cosmetology of our hospital from August 2023 to December 2025.According to the treatment modality,the patients were divided into a fractional laser group and an IPL group.Changes in Melasma Severity Scale(MSS)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Patient satisfaction was assessed during follow-up 3 months after completion of treatment.Results After treatment,MSS scores decreased significantly in both groups compared with baseline,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in post-treatment MSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of treatment satisfaction,the fractional laser group showed a higher satisfaction rate than the IPL group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Q 694 nm fractional laser and IPL can improve the severity of melasma,and the two treatments show comparable efficacy in reducing MSS scores.However,patients treated with Q 694 nm fractional laser had higher satisfaction after treatment.关键词
