Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with Q-switched 1064 nm laser in treating tattoos.Methods We retrospectively enrolled 60 patients with black tattoos who received treatment at our hospital between January 2020 and February 2025.They were allocated to a study group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)based on different therapeutic approaches.The control group was treated with Q-switched 1 064 nm laser only,whereas the study group received topical rb-bFGF gel on the lesion in addition to laser therapy.Clinical efficacy,skin lesion healing duration,patient satisfaction,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The study group achieved a cure rate of 90.00%and a total effective rate of 100.00%,which were notably higher than the control group's 60.00%and 70.00%,respectively(both P<0.05).The time to crust formation,scab separation,complete healing,and erythema resolution was all shorter in the study group(all P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was remarkably higher than that in the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel and Q-switched 1 064 nm laser has a good effect in the treatment of black tattoos,which can effectively improve the aesthetics of the treated area with high safety and patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
