Artificial intelligence empowers the development of vertigo medicine in China
摘要
Abstract
The rapid iteration of artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the paradigm of clinical medicine through data-driven and algorithm-empowered approaches.As an interdisciplinary field integrating neurology,otorhinolaryngology,rehabilitation medicine,and psychology,vertigo medicine has long been confronted clinical challenges such as a complex etiological spectrum,diagnosis relying on subjective experience,insufficient homogenization of primary medical care,and difficulties in precise classification and prognosis evaluation.Based on international developmenttrends and Chinese practices,this paper systematically reviews the application value of artificial intelligence in precise diagnosis,intelligent triage,individualized treatment,vestibular rehabilitation,and full-cycle management of vertigo.It presents the challenges in China regarding data standardization,algorithm interpretability,localization of medical devices,and evidence-based support.Furthermore,a strategic framework is proposed with pathways including medical-engineering integration,multi-center collaboration,guideline standardization,and hierarchical implementation,aiming to promote Chinese vertigo medicine from traditional experience-based practice toward high-quality development stage characterized by precision,intelligence,and universal accessibility.关键词
