Abstract
2025 marks the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Fishery authorities at all levels across the country have been promoting the modernization of the fishery industry with high-quality development as the main line.On the whole,the fishery economy has maintained stable performance.The output of aquatic products has grown steadily,the growth rate of fixed-asset investment in fishery is higher than the average level of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.The market prices of aquatic products have fluctuated mixed,with both trading volume and transaction value increasing.The import and export trade of aquatic products has achieved growth in both volume and value,while exports to the United States have dropped significantly affected by trade policies.The status of marine fishing resources is better than that of the previous year;the farming willingness of major freshwater fish has declined,whereas enthusiasm for cultivating high-quality and premium aquatic products remains strong.The downward trend in the price of marine aquatic products has slowed down,and the consumption grade of aquatic products has decreased somewhat.Although the fishery economy shows an obvious upward trend,there are still prominent problems:some imported aquatic products have low costs and dominate the domestic market pricing power;the breeding infrastructure is outdated and technical equipment is backward;frequent safety accidents,farming diseases and natural disasters restrict the growth of fishermen's income.In response to the above problems,this paper puts forward following countermeasures:expanding sales channels and building aquatic product brands;developing facility fishery to promote the mechanization,informatization and digitalization of aquaculture facilities;integrating the concept of green development into the whole process of open-sea aquaculture,and strengthening technological research and model exploration.It is suggested that central financial subsidies should cover fishery insurance as soon as possible.关键词
