补气生肌汤辅助治疗对高位肛瘘切开引流术后创面愈合及血清炎症因子的影响
Effects of adjuvant therapy with Buqi Shengji decoction on wound healing and serum inflammatory factors after high anal fistula incision and drainage

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of adjuvant therapy with Buqi Shengji decoction on wound healing and serum inflammatory factors after high anal fistula incision and drainage.Methods A total of 164 patients undergoing high anal fistula incision and drainage in the hospital were enrolled between June 2023 and June 2025.According to random number table method,they were divided into routine group(routine treatment)and Buqi Shengji decoction group(Buqi Shengji decoction on basis of routine group),82 cases in each group.All were treated for 2 weeks.The curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes,wound repair(scores of wound secretions and wound granulation growth),inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1 β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)],cell growth factors[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),epidermal growth factor(EGF)],anorectal dynamics indexes[anal resting pressure(ARP),anal maximal contraction pressure(AMCP)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The recurrence at 6 months after surgery was followed up.Results At 2 weeks after surgery,total response rate was higher in Buqi Shengji decoction group than routine group(P＜0.05).Compared with routine group at 2 weeks after surgery,scores of TCM syndromes were lower,levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 were lower,and levels of VEGF and EGF were higher in Buqi Shengji decoction group.At 2 and 4 weeks after surgery,scores of wound secretions and wound granulation growth were lower in Buqi Shengji decoction group than routine group(P＜0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,ARP and AMCP were higher in Buqi Shengji decoction group than routine group(P＜0.05).The difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After 6 months of postoperative follow-up,the difference in recurrence rate between Buqi Shengji decoction group and routine group was not statistically significant(3.66％vs 6.10％,P＞0.05).Conclusion Buqi Shengji decoction can reduce levels of serum inflammatory factors,improve TCM syndromes and anorectal dynamics,and promote wound healing in patients after high anal fistula incision and drainage.关键词
